JSSCPO - Happy to share that an invited interactive session on the topic 'Reverse Pharmacology in Drug Discovery' was bheld on Friday, May 9, 2025, between 10.30 and 11.30 am in the Seminar Hall

r. Madhusudan Saraf, Vice President, Indian Pharmacological Society and Prof. & Head, Dept of Pharmacology, HK College of Pharmacy, Mumbai was the expert speaker of the session

About 80 PG students, PhD Scholars and faculty members were present and interacted with the speaker. The speaker shared his rich experience in reverse pharmacology and numerous examples of herbals explored through this approach and their outcomes

Earlier Dr Arun KP, Vice Principal welcomed all and introduced the speaker. Dr R Vadivelan, Prof & Head i/c, Dept of Pharmacology proposed vote of thanks

Overall it was an inspiring and eye opening session on the potentials of herbs in drug development process
