The Department of Health System Management Studies, JSS AHER, in collaboration with CAHO, organized the Certificate Program in Quality Health Standards (CPQH) workshop to enhance MBA final-year students’ understanding of NABH standards and healthcare quality. With blessings from His Holiness Jagadguru Shri Shivarathri Desikendra Mahaswamiji and guidance from university leadership, the workshop featured expert-led sessions on various NABH chapters, including patient care, medication management, hospital safety, and infection control. Eminent faculty from JSS AHER, AJ Institute of Medical Sciences, and MS Ramaiah University enriched the program with interactive discussions and practical case studies, empowering students with essential skills for quality healthcare delivery.
