The Department of Health System Management Studies organized a 10-day Workshop on Personality Development and Communicational Skills from December 4, 2024, to January 8, 2025, for first-year MBA students, facilitated by Mr. H.V. Vishvesh, Founder Director of ‘ARIVU’. Focused on experiential learning, the workshop covered key soft skills including communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, and presentation skills. With active student participation, the sessions emphasized collaboration and real-world applicability. By the end, students gained valuable takeaways in teamwork, assertiveness, and behavioral management, enhancing their interpersonal effectiveness and professional readiness.
